Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, free parking, and flat-screen TVs. The staff helped me with directions on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying the coffee nearby. It’s good! I’m coming back for Christmas.

St Clair offers outstanding ocean views, and the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for work. The proximity to the beach allowed for refreshing walks during breaks, and the underground parking with lift access made coming and going easy. Wi-Fi was excellent, ensuring connectivity for business needs.
The restaurant was closed during my stay, requiring me to find meals further from the hotel.

Just a good match for a weekend pause in Dunedin with very good value for money. The sea view from the balcony was a nice perk that made mornings enjoyable. Bring your own breakfast supplies since the nearby cafe opens late.

I loved the stunning ocean views from my spacious studio! The beach is just across the street, perfect for morning walks. Only downside was the outdoor furniture looking a bit rusted. Still, had a great stay overall!

Like it or leave it? here’s my verdict
The hotel offers breathtaking ocean views and has restaurants serving delicious meals! The spacious room provided ample comfort for a relaxing stay, and free underground parking was quite convenient.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my visit, forcing me to seek dining options elsewhere, which was a hassle. Also, the bathroom lacked some expected luxury amenities, leaving it feeling inadequate.

Had a comfy stay in the Executive Studio with Ocean View. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean. Loved the balcony with a nice ocean view where I spent mornings enjoying coffee. There’s also free parking, which was a plus. Just a heads up, the shower was a bit basic compared to other places but still worked fine. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

The room was spacious with a stunning sea view. My teenage kids loved that we could relax on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking sunset. We also took a trip to the fascinating Speight's Brewery, which was a hit with the whole family!
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel offered laundry services for families.
